Thank you for choosing Energy Shield, where our commitment is to provide you with quality Negative Ion Energy Bands. This Shipping Policy outlines the guidelines for shipping our products to our valued customers.
We want you to be thrilled with your Energy Shield purchase. If within 15 days of receiving your merchandise, you would like to return your new and unused product, please see How to start a Return below.
Had a change of heart? No problem. You may request a return of your Energy Shield product within 15 days of receipt, Please note that Returns are only accepted for products that are unused and in new condition with all original packing materials and tags. If the product is used, then the Return Authorization will be cancelled and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
A Return Authorization is required before you may return the item.
It is very important that you pack the item with care when shipping it back to us with a Return Authorization. Customer is responsible for transit damage of loss caused by poor packing or courier service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item reaches us in good condition.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
To start a return request, you can contact us at support@energyshield.in or WhatsApp +91 7043351355 with a photo of the item you wish to return and the following information: Your Name, email, contact info and the Energy Shield Order number.

Also please mention the reason of return -
1. Faulty, please supply details
2. Inaccurate website description
3. Product defective
4. Wrong product received.
5. Had a change of heart.
6. Any other reason, please specify.

We will get back to you and return formalities and communication will be initiated. Please note that we follow our standard norms for returns.
Upon receipt and inspection of the return item, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. A courier of Rs.120 will be deducted before processing the refund. client
Our products are securely packaged, however, in case you receive an item that has been damaged during the shipping process or does not match the item you ordered, please send us a photograph within 24 hours of receiving the item.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale and discounted items. Also Gift cards purchased are non-refundable and non-returnable.
INR 100/- (One Hundred) will be charged as Outbound shipping and handling fees and is not refundable.
