01. One-Time Free Replacement:
Customers are eligible for a one-time free replacement within 30 days from the date of receiving the order.

02. Shipping and Handling Charge:
A shipping and handling charge of Rs120 will be applicable for the replacement process.

03. Customer’s Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.

05. Return Shipment:
After initiating the return request, customers are required to send the product to us. The shipping cost for returning the product is borne by the customer.

Once we receive the returned product, a replacement will be processed within 2 working days.

07. Email Confirmation:
Customers will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once the replacement product has been dispatched

08. Exchanged Product:
After receiving the exchanged product, customers are required to send us an email confirming the successful receipt.
